The Italian Sea Group has taken a further step towards\u00a0decarbonisation<\/strong>\u00a0and has\u00a0neutralised its CO2<\/sub>\u00a0emissions for Scope 1 and Scope 2 \u2013 market based\u00a0<\/strong>generated throughout FY 2022.<\/p>\n This initiative is part of the environmental sustainability path undertaken by the Group that includes, among other achievements, the significant\u00a0reduction in emissions thanks to the installation of photovoltaic plants<\/strong>\u00a0covering the entire available surface in the Marina di Carrara and la Spezia shipyards. These plants are almost able to cover the whole energy demand during Summer season.<\/p>\n In addition to environmental commitment, other initiatives continue to be implemented\u00a0to support the employees\u2019 wellbeing<\/strong>, with great attention to training and gender diversity.
