DECK<\/strong><br \/>\nThe hull, skeg, main deck are A-Grade shipbuilding<br \/>\nsteel.<br \/>\nSuperstructure, including deck- and integrated furniture<br \/>\nwill be of all welded 5083 seawater resistant aluminium.<br \/>\nIn general, aluminium AA 5083 with temper H321 will be<br \/>\nused for plate and stiffener material.<br \/>\nOnly in structural areas where no or low stresses appear,<br \/>\naluminium AA 5083 with temper H111 may be used.<\/div>\n<div class=\"uiBoxContainer\">\n<strong>PROPULSION SYSTEM<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Yacht is equipped with:<br \/>\nTwo DOOSAN 4V222TIH propulsion engines approx.<br \/>\n588 kW each Imo Tier II compliant. (With respect to keel<br \/>\nlaying date, this engine can be used in ECA zones)<br \/>\nDirect drive line with Two Gearboxes (3,02:1 with Trolling<br \/>\nValves), stainless steel shaft and 1.275m fixed pitch<br \/>\npropeller.<\/div>\n<div class=\"uiBoxContainer\">\n<strong>MANOEUVRING SYSTEM<\/strong><br \/>\nOne tunnel type 55 kW electric bow thruster is fitted in<br \/>\nthe forepeak. DATA DDS 2x550-ESC Electrohydraulic<br \/>\nrudder system is installed.<\/div>\n<div class=\"uiBoxContainer\">\n<strong>STABILIZER SYSTEM<\/strong><br \/>\nCMC Marine, hydraulic driven, 2 fin, Stabilis Electra<br \/>\nLR170 model, Fin blade dimension 3,15 m2 made of<br \/>\nreinforced fiberglass with internal stainless steel<br \/>\nstructure will be installed.<\/div>\n<div class=\"uiBoxContainer\">\n<strong>ELECTRICAL SYSTEM<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Yacht will be fitted with a 50 Hz. Electrical system<br \/>\nconsisting of the following generators.<br \/>\nTwo Generators of 93 kW DOOSAN AD136<br \/>\nOne Generator of 51 ekW CAT C4.4<\/div>\n<div class=\"uiBoxContainer\">\n<strong>EXHAUST SYSTEM<\/strong><br \/>\nAll systems will have separate exhausts systems. These<br \/>\nsystems will be a wet exhaust system with a bypass. The<br \/>\nsystem will be fitted with suitable<br \/>\nsilencers\/compensators and water injectors.<\/div>\n<div class=\"uiBoxContainer\">\n<strong>FUEL SYSTEM<\/strong><br \/>\nThe fuel system will consist of a fuel transfer system,<br \/>\ntank ventilation and racor filters.<br \/>\nThe fuel transfer system is equipped with valves as to<br \/>\nenable filling between the several fuel tanks.<br \/>\nAll fuel tanks will have electrical gauging and alarm<br \/>\nsystem with a read-out in the bridge.<br \/>\nFuel filling and tank ventilation pipes are made of Hot Dip<br \/>\nGalvanized Steel Pipes.<\/div>\n<div class=\"uiBoxContainer\">\n<strong>BILGE SYSTEM<\/strong><br \/>\nA central bilge system is to be fitted which covers all<br \/>\nwatertight compartments.<br \/>\nThe bilge system is consisting of several branch pipes<br \/>\nconnected to the main header line. The branch pipes in<br \/>\nthe various compartments are provided with remote<br \/>\ncontrolled valves.<br \/>\nBilge piping are made of Hot Dip Galvanized Steel.<br \/>\nAll bilge points will have remote alarming<\/div>\n<div>One main self-priming Bilge pump and a separate,<br \/>\nEmergency Bilge FiFi pump will be fitted.<\/div>\n<div>\n<strong>SEAWATER SYSTEM<\/strong><br \/>\nThe seawater system consists of two sea water inlets<br \/>\n(sea chests) in the engine room. The general service<br \/>\nseawater system is to provide cooling of machinery and<br \/>\nequipment on board. Diesel generators are to be cooled<br \/>\nusing their own heat exchanger. Piping of the seawater<br \/>\nsystem are made of hot dip galvanized steel.<\/div>\n<div>\n<strong>FRESH WATER SYSTEM<\/strong><br \/>\nA pressurized freshwater system will be fitted. The<br \/>\nsystem will provide hot and cold water to all domestic<br \/>\nusers and several technical installations.<br \/>\nThe system will consist of a supply and return manifold,<br \/>\nfrequency driven pumps, circulation pumps, 2 electric<br \/>\nboilers make Indell or equivalent approx. 200 each and<br \/>\nUV sterilizer, sand filter, water softener and one<br \/>\nfreshwater generating units with a capacity of 5280<br \/>\nlt\/day.<br \/>\nFresh water piping will be executed in CE approved PVC<br \/>\nand hot water line is to be insulated with Armaflex.<\/div>\n<div>\n<strong>WASTEWATER SYSTEM<\/strong><br \/>\nThe grey and black water systems have separate tanks.<br \/>\nThe black water system will be of the electric type, the<br \/>\ngrey water system will be of the gravity type (where<br \/>\npossible).
