HULL & DECK
The hull, skeg, main deck are A-Grade shipbuilding
steel.
Superstructure, including deck- and integrated furniture
will be of all welded 5083 seawater resistant aluminium.
In general, aluminium AA 5083 with temper H321 will be
used for plate and stiffener material.
Only in structural areas where no or low stresses appear,
aluminium AA 5083 with temper H111 may be used.
PROPULSION SYSTEM
The Yacht is equipped with:
Two DOOSAN 4V222TIH propulsion engines approx.
588 kW each Imo Tier II compliant. (With respect to keel
laying date, this engine can be used in ECA zones)
Direct drive line with Two Gearboxes (3,02:1 with Trolling
Valves), stainless steel shaft and 1.275m fixed pitch
propeller.
MANOEUVRING SYSTEM
One tunnel type 55 kW electric bow thruster is fitted in
the forepeak. DATA DDS 2x550-ESC Electrohydraulic
rudder system is installed.
STABILIZER SYSTEM
CMC Marine, hydraulic driven, 2 fin, Stabilis Electra
LR170 model, Fin blade dimension 3,15 m2 made of
reinforced fiberglass with internal stainless steel
structure will be installed.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
The Yacht will be fitted with a 50 Hz. Electrical system
consisting of the following generators.
Two Generators of 93 kW DOOSAN AD136
One Generator of 51 ekW CAT C4.4
EXHAUST SYSTEM
All systems will have separate exhausts systems. These
systems will be a wet exhaust system with a bypass. The
system will be fitted with suitable
silencers/compensators and water injectors.
FUEL SYSTEM
The fuel system will consist of a fuel transfer system,
tank ventilation and racor filters.
The fuel transfer system is equipped with valves as to
enable filling between the several fuel tanks.
All fuel tanks will have electrical gauging and alarm
system with a read-out in the bridge.
Fuel filling and tank ventilation pipes are made of Hot Dip
Galvanized Steel Pipes.
BILGE SYSTEM
A central bilge system is to be fitted which covers all
watertight compartments.
The bilge system is consisting of several branch pipes
connected to the main header line. The branch pipes in
the various compartments are provided with remote
controlled valves.
Bilge piping are made of Hot Dip Galvanized Steel.
All bilge points will have remote alarming
One main self-priming Bilge pump and a separate,
Emergency Bilge FiFi pump will be fitted.
SEAWATER SYSTEM
The seawater system consists of two sea water inlets
(sea chests) in the engine room. The general service
seawater system is to provide cooling of machinery and
equipment on board. Diesel generators are to be cooled
using their own heat exchanger. Piping of the seawater
system are made of hot dip galvanized steel.
FRESH WATER SYSTEM
A pressurized freshwater system will be fitted. The
system will provide hot and cold water to all domestic
users and several technical installations.
The system will consist of a supply and return manifold,
frequency driven pumps, circulation pumps, 2 electric
boilers make Indell or equivalent approx. 200 each and
UV sterilizer, sand filter, water softener and one
freshwater generating units with a capacity of 5280
lt/day.
Fresh water piping will be executed in CE approved PVC
and hot water line is to be insulated with Armaflex.
WASTEWATER SYSTEM
The grey and black water systems have separate tanks.
The black water system will be of the electric type, the
grey water system will be of the gravity type (where
possible). Tecma Silent Plus will be used as WC units.
The piping of the wastewater system will be executed in
CE approved plastics ABS or PPR.
LUBE & WASTE OIL SYSTEM
There will be no oily system for lubrication oil, waste oil
and sludge.
HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
All hydraulic equipment shall be equipped with a central
hydraulic power pack or dedicated powerpacks.
The following consumers have an independent hydraulic
powerpack:
Steering system
Stabilizer system
Tender crane
Passarella
AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM
A complete system for ventilation and air-conditioning of
all accommodation spaces on the yacht will be installed.
Complete seawater cooled chilled water fed air conditio-
ning system, consisting of:
One seawater cooled chilled water unit with separate
compressors.
Individual chilled water fed fan coil units for each
accommodation space.
In general, all luxury living quarters, crew quarters and
other interior spaces shall be provided with conditioned
air by means of fan coils.
This system is designed and installed to provide an
interior climate of 22 °C and 55% relative humidity at a
reference outside temperature of 35 °C and 75% relative
humidity.
All chilled water pipes shall be executed in PVC and are
to be insulated with Armaflex.
The air extraction units will be centrally located and take
air from the sanitary spaces.
The engine room will be cooled by engine room fans
which can be operated for intake and extraction.
All bigger stores and machinery compartments shall be
provided with forced ventilation.
Small stores and all other areas shall be provided with
vent pipes or openings for natural ventilation.
FIRE FIGHTING EQUIPMENT
The fire-fighting systems are to be based upon a sea
water fire-fighting system containing a fire main line
throughout the vessel, one main self-priming FiFi pump
will be fitted. Fire main lines are to be made from
Galvanized Steel. Sufficient Hydrants with fire hoses to
be installed on the inside and outside decks, to be able
to cover the complete vessel. In addition, portable fire
extinguishers and CO2 in the galley hood are to be
applied in line with the applicable regulations.
The engine room will be fitted with a local dedicated fixed
fire-fighting system, FM200 or equivalent.
NAVIGATION SYSTEM
The following navigation system will be installed:

ENTERTAINMENT- AND SECURITY SYSTEM
All electronic entertainment- and security systems will be
supplied by the Owner.
Together with the Owner, the Yard will select a
subcontractor who will supply, install, and commission
these systems.
ALARM SYSTEM
The yacht will be fitted with a central alarm and
monitoring system.
This alarm and monitoring system will be supplied,
installed and commissioned by the yard.
EXTERIOR OUTFITTING
All exterior outfitting like hatches, cranes, outriggers,
windows, portholes, railings, deck hardware, anchor and
mooring system, fixed exterior deck furniture etc. as
indicated on the general arrangement plan will be
supplied, installed and commissioned by the yard.
Loose deck furniture (not structurally integrated) will be
supplied by the Owner.
Only equipment designed specifically for marine (yacht)
use shall be installed. Due care shall be given to practical
usage, maintenance access and requirements.
Exterior weather tight entry doors (hinged and sliding)
and hatches will be yacht type (make Bofor, Freeman or
equivalent).
The anchor arrangement will consist of two 360 kg HPP
type galvanized anchors. Electric winches are mounted
on the foredeck. Stainless steel chain compressors will
be fitted to secure the anchor. Anchor handling
equipment are DATA.
One of approx. 137,5 meters galvanised stud link chain,
diameter 19 mm, for each anchor are supplied by builder.
Last link of chain to be securely connected under deck
with possibility to be released in emergency case.
Mooring capstans, make DATA, are provided on aft
deck.
DECK JOINERY
The exterior decks will be covered by 14mm teak with
black caulking.
INSULATION
The yard is to supply and fit insulation materials as
required to meet the structural fire protection, noise,
vibration and thermal requirements. All insulation
material to be of approved material.

Condition 1: Anchor condition; One generator running,
other usual machinery running and air-conditioning is
assumed at low-speed setting.
Condition 2 – One generator running, and other usual
machinery running. The air-conditioning is assumed at
low-speed setting.
PAINT SYSTEM
A yacht finish paint system will be fitted. All exterior
surfaces will be faired, and yacht finish painted.
On all visible exterior surfaces of the hull and the
superstructure high gloss paints should be applied.
All painted surfaces will be thoroughly prepared prior to
painting or fairing. Everything in accordance with the
paint suppliers specifications.
All paint work to be fully supervised by the country
representative of the paint manufacturer and to be to
their satisfaction.
Paint supplier to be International/Awlgrip(AWLcraft
2000), Alexseal, or equivalent.
INTERIOR
The interior layout is based on the general arrangement.
Loose interior furniture (not structurally integrated) will be
supplied by the Owner.
The free-standing height in the interior is minimal 2,05m
in the luxury areas and 1,95m in the crew lower deck
area. (both based on a floor finish (carpet) thickness of
15mm)
For the interior wood, solid as well as veneers will be
used. All plywood to be of marine grade plywood.
All interior joiner work will be made in accordance with
good yacht practice and of high quality.
LEISURE EQUIPMENT
The tender deck has a usable deck area of approx. 70m2
All leisure equipment and tenders as indicated in the
general arrangement will be supplied by the Owner.
The yard will provide proper storage of the tenders and
equipment until installed by yard.
